We offer hands-on light tackle and fly fishing trips where all anglers on board have the opportunity to catch their own fish. We will take the time to teach you and explain why we do what we do.
Captain Steve and the “Dialed In” are mobile in order to go and launch wherever it takes to give his clients the best experience possible. We follow the migration of the fish so the Captain will confirm your launch location prior to your trip. Launch sites are usually within a 1hr drive of our home port of Deale, MD unless specified otherwise.
Please refer to “Our Seasons” for information on trips offered during different seasons. If you are looking to land a specific fish or have a special trip in mind be sure to mention this to the Captain so we customize your trip accordingly.
We offer rates based on ½ (4hr) ¾ (6hr) and full day (8hr) fishing trips for groups up to 6. We do not race back to the dock once a “limit” is reached. You will enjoy your full time on the water.
Trips usually start in the AM but PM trips may also be scheduled. Launch times may vary depending on weather and fishing conditions in order to give our clients the best experience possible.
Opportunities for walk-on and last minute trips will be posted on our social media. You can also join our email list to hear about walk on opportunities first. A $300 deposit is required to secure your date once confirmed with the captain.

Weather Protocol
The Captain has the final call on the weather. If conditions are less than ideal for the scheduled trip we will first offer a different location or style of trip. If the weather forces us to cancel you will be given the chance to reschedule your trip or receive a refund on your deposit.

Cancelation Policy
We understand life happens so we will do our best to work with changes in your schedule. All charters are weather permitting and will be up to the Captain's discretion if the trip needs to be rescheduled. All bookings require a 33% deposit to secure the date. This deposit is non-refundable once within 30 days of the booking date. Requests to change a trip date are subject to availability and scheduling and may not always be accommodated. Any cancellations by the customer within 14 days of the booking date will result in a charge of the full balance of the trip.

Gratuity
Tips are not mandatory but they are greatly appreciated. If a Mate is provided please remember that the Mate works for Tips Only. Customary gratuity for Captains & Mates is 15%-20% of the trip rate.

A mate will be provided when necessary. Mates work for tips only. | “A picture is worth a thousand fish” We strongly encourage Catch and Release on our trips but keeping legal fish for the dinner plate is 100% up to you | Limits do not mean our work is done and your trip is over. We will provide you with your full time on the water | Equipment lost or neglectfully broken will be charged at replacement value.
